All brand names are referenced under fair nominative use to indicate software compatibility.

4. User Accounts & Fair Usage Quotas

Registration is optional to browse and copy prompts. If you create an account:

• You must provide accurate, current registration details and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your registered user profile.
• NanoPrompts provides generous daily prompt copy quotas for free. Any abusive automated scripts, bot queries, or distributed denial of service attempts will result in immediate IP banning and account termination.

5. Prohibited Conduct & Safety Standards

• Generate non-consensual sexual content, explicit adult media, or sexually suggestive depictions of minors (CSAM).

7. Limitation of Liability
