At NanoPrompts, we sell digital assets (AI Prompts) and credit-based access to our library. Due to the nature of digital products, which are accessible immediately upon purchase and can be easily duplicated/saved, we maintain a strict NO REFUND policy.
All sales are final. Once a transaction is completed and credits are added to your account or Lifetime Access is granted, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to the quality of our prompts. If you encounter a technical issue with a prompt (e.g., it does not work as described in the documentation), please contact our support team at support@nanoprompts.in. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a replacement asset.
In very rare cases of proven unauthorized transactions (fraud) or duplicate accidental charges, we may review a refund request at our sole discretion. Any such request must be made within 24 hours of the transaction.
